Becky Schapira Schwarzkopf received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2002. During law school, she was a member of the Law Review and co-treasurer of the Women's Bar Association. She received a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Before joining the firm, Becky practiced commercial real estate law in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked closely with a broad range of commercial real estate clients in connection with acquisitions and sales, joint venture investment, retail shopping center development, affordable housing development, leasing, contract negotiation, and condominium creation and conversion. Becky serves on the board of the Downtown Initiative for Visual Arts (DIVA) and is a member of the Oregon State Bar's Real Estate and Land Use Section. Her practice includes real estate and business transactions. She is admitted to practice in Oregon and Massachusetts. |
